you do a search for a specific niche, it is tempting to do a keyword
search for that particular niche...to see how much traffic is looking
for information about that set of niche keywords.

does NOT mean that money is being spent in this area of online
searches.
To
follow the money, go to platforms that sell and market information
products and services...and use the search functions that allow you
to find out how much action any product or service is getting from
the marketplace of buyers...and the affiliates selling these products.

JVZoo has a simple way to find out what are the top, best-sellers...there is a list you can find on the website that will show you the sales totals for each product.
IF you have never been to either of these websites, take your time getting used to how it all works. PLUS for more information, you can use anyone of the existing and helpful tutorials that cover some of the basics you need to know...what to look for, and so on.

Do
NOT reinvent the wheel:
Take
existing content and make it your own. Do this by buying existing PLR
content.
PLR
means PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS...and every PLR product comes with it's
own set of exclusions. You want the PLR that allows you to put your
own name on the product, make changes as you see fit, rebrand the
product as you want, add or subtract content, and then to sell it as
you see fit.
Some
PLR agreements contain a clause that does not allow you to give the
product away as part of a bonus to a subscriber.

Once
you have bought the rights to a PLR product, then you can move on to
this next step...
...Learn
how to REPURPOSE existing content:
Let's
say you get the PLR to a simple PDF document about how to generate
leads for making sales online.
Now
you have content that you can repurpose...which means you break down
the teaching points in the PDF...and perhaps you decide that you can
create an effective video presentation of the content, and
demonstrate how to do some of the things covered in the PDF...for
example:
- Video of you posting an ad on Craigslist in realtime
- Video of you posting links on a traffic exchange
- Video of you blog hopping and inserting comments on blogs, with your gravatar, and links
- Video of you installing an opt-in form on a blog
From
the PDF PLR on lead generation, you can create an audio presentation,
expanding on specific points in the PDF that you think deserve
further detail.
You
can also create a complete ebook based on the topics raised in the
PDF, breaking it down as chapters for each point that is in the
original PDF.
